The PRS (Performing Rights Society) & PPL (Phonographic Performance Ltd) have now joined forces with a joint licencefor community centres.When our current PRS licence expires in 2012 the DCA will be contacted about the new joint licence. If this affects anyone hiring the Downswood community centre, they will be informed by the centre management.
