*Fire alarm control box: In foyer - (for Kent fire & rescue service). Nearest public phone: 50 yards in Deringwood Drive – next to bus stop. First aid box: In kitchen next to sink. Fire extinguishers: Throughout the centre. Fire blankets: In kitchen & on the stage. Main water supply stop cock: Under left hand sink in kitchen.

*Toilet & kitchen hot water stop cocks: In lofts above toilets & kitchen. Disabled toilet alarm: Deactivation button in disabled toilet (North wall).

*Electricity supply: In small cupboard (hall) – next to kitchen.

*Gas supply: In small cupboard (hall) – next to kitchen.

*Central heating boilers: In loft above kitchen.

*Intruder alarm control box: In cloakroom. Heating controls: Adjustable thermostats on every radiator. Cleaning equipment for hirers use: Under kitchen sinks & in cloakroom cupboard.

* For access to these facilities, you must contact the caretaker or key holder. Please read the conditions of hire on the rear of your booking form. Hirers are responsible for the security of the centre during their times of hire & reserve the right to refuse entry to any unauthorised persons. Hirers are also responsible for parking & must ensure that guests do not obstruct the highway. Please leave the centre as you would like to find it clean & tidy. Any breakages or damage must be reported to the centre management.
